Chonklate Chip Cookies
Makes 16 very large chocolate chip cookies. Based on Joshua Weissman's recipe which was imitating the Levain Bakery chocolate chip walnut cookies.
1 1⁄4 cups unsalted butter | melt | mix | mix | mix and refrigerate overnight | form 95 g balls, bake at 400°F for 17 minutes |
